Thierry started his professional career in 2002 at DHL as Sales Manager, Administrator / Human Resources and then Operations Manager. He did a quick 2 years in the banking industry as Customer Service Supervisor before migrating to Voila (Telecom Operator) where he was Director of Customer Service for 5 years. Thierry also has multiple certifications in Customer Operations Management (COPC), in Project Management (PMI®️), Digital Transformation and Salesforce. Thierry joined HAINET (Internet Service Provider), as General Manager , in 2014, and is now the newly appointed CEO of Digital Satellite System (NuTV), one of the top TV Broadcasting company in Haiti.
