André Costa is the Chief Executive Office (CEO) of Use Telecom and Tascom Global Network (TGN). He holds a master's degree in Information Technology from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and a degree in Systems Analysis from the Federal University of Paraná. Currently, he also holds the position of President Director of the Internet Companies Union of the State of Bahia (SEINESBA) and Northeast Director of the Brazilian Internet Association 2018-2021 (Abranet). His experience in more than two decades of experience in the telecommunications area resulted in international operations and projects with clients such as Campus Party, Google, Netflix and Facebook.
